Grenadine
Ingredients
- 2pomegranatesor 2 cups pomegranate juice(or 2 cups pomegranate juice)
- 2 cupssugar
- 2 ozpomegranate molasses
- 1 tsporange blossom water
- 1 ozvodkaoptional(optional)
Instructions
- 1.
Cut the pomegranates in half and juice with a citrus press. Alternatively, use two cups of high-quality bottled pomegranate juice.
- 2.
Heat the juice in the microwave or on the stove until warm.
- 3.
Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
- 4.
Add the pomegranate molasses and orange blossom water and stir to combine.
- 5.
Allow to cool, then bottle.
- 6.
Add an optional ounce of vodka as a preservative.
