Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

• 1 ozvanilla vodka
• 2 ozpineapple juice
• 1dash grenadine

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add the vanilla vodka and pineapple juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. 2.

   Strain into a cocktail glass.

3. 3.

   Add one dash of grenadine down the side of the glass, so it slips to the bottom.
