0.75 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlime juice
0.25 ozagave syrup

Garnish: pineapple wedge

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

A tequila cocktail from master bartender Sother Teague from his time at Death & Co. Dos Besitos utilizes two styles of tequila for a more complex pineapple and grenadine sour.
