- 1.5 ozgin
- 0.5 ozapple brandy
- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- egg white
Garnish: brandied cherry
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds

Strain into a chilled coupe
