Gin Sour

Ingredients
- 2 ozLondon dry gin
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- ½ ozegg whiteor aquafaba - both are optional(or aquafaba - both are optional)
Garnish: lemon twist and 3 drops Angostura bitters
Preparation
- 1.
All all ingredients to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice). Skip this step is not using egg white or aquafaba.
- 2.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into a coupe glass.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon twist. If using egg white or aquafaba, decorate the frothy top with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters.
