Picon Punch

Ingredients
- 1½ ozAmer Piconsee notes(see notes)
- ¼ oz
- club sodachilled(chilled)
- ½ ozbrandy
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Combine the Amer Picon and grenadine with ice in an Irish Coffee mug and stir briefly.
- 2.
Add the club soda almost to the top, leaving a little room in the glass.
- 3.
Float the brandy on top.
- 4.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
Notes
Amer Picon is unavailable in the United States, so you can approximate it by combining 2 parts Ramazzotti amaro, 2 parts dry curaçao, and 1 part gentian liqueur.
