Garnish: half lemon wheel
Combine the limoncello, basil syrup, and lemon juice in a glass and stir to combine.
Top with Prosecco and club soda, then fill the glass with ice and garnish.
Basil Syrup: Add 500 grams of hot water to 500 grams of sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add 100 grams of fresh basil to the hot syrup. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge for 24 hours. Strain and bottle for use within 2 weeks.
