Ingredients
- 2 ozrye whiskey
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozorange juice
- 2 tsp
Garnish: 2 or 3 speared cherries
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with 2-3 speared cherries.
Notes
This drink was supposedly created in Boston in 1898 to celebrate the election of Martin M. Lomasney to the state legislature. He represented the city's eighth ward.
