Spicy Paloma

• 2 ozjalapeño-infused siembra azul blanco tequila
• 1 ozgrapefruit juice
• 0.75 ozlime juice
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup
•  club soda

Preparation

1. 1.

   Rim a highball glass with kosher salt.

2. 2.

   Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

3. 3.

   Top with club soda.

4. 4.

   Garnish with the lime wheel and serve with a straw.
