Ingredients
- 2 ozscotchblended (blended)
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ¾ oz
- ¼ ozpeated ScotchIslay single malt (Islay single malt)
Garnish: candied ginger
Preparation
- 1.
Add the first three ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 3.
Top with the peated scotch.
- 4.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
