1.5 ozblended Scotch whisky
0.75 ozlemon juice
0.25 ozhoney syrup
barspoonsingle malt scotch whisky

Garnish: candied ginger

Preparation

1.
Add all but single malt to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
3.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
4.
Float single malt on finished drink
