Ingredients
- 2 ozpeated Scotch
- ½ ozfino sherry
- 1 ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- ½ ozbeet juice
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except the beet juice in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a glass pipe or a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 3.
Top with the beet juice.
Notes
The photo shows dry ice for visual appeal, but dry ice should not be added to the drink as it's dangerous to ingest.
