• 0.5 ozlemon juice
• 0.25 ozraspberry syrup*
• 3 ozlambrusco

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add the Calvados, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and orange bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. 2.

   Double-strain into a Champagne flute.

3. 3.

   Slowly top with the lambrusco to create a layered effect.

4. 4.

   Garnish with a lemon twist.
