Raspberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cupsugar
- ½ cupwater
- ½ cupraspberries
- ½ cupvodkaoptional(optional)
Instructions

Combine the sugar and water in a pot over medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2.
Reduce heat to low and add the raspberries, then macerate into a pulp.
- 3.
Fine-strain to remove the seeds.
- 4.
Optionally, add vodka as a preservative.
Notes
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Experiment with proportions. A 1:1 sugar:water ratio is also acceptable, as is doubling the volume of raspberries.
