Ingredients
- 1 ozcognacPierre Ferrand 1840 (Pierre Ferrand 1840)
- ½ ozamburana cachaçaAvuá (Avuá)
- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozorange juice
- ¾ oz
- ¼ ozorgeat
- 2 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
Garnish: dried banana chip
Preparation
- 1.
Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes.
- 2.
Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
- 3.
Garnish with a dried banana chip and serve with a straw.

Inspired by a Dave Chappelle sketch, this concept drink uses Avuá amburana, which has awesome fruit and chocolate notes that you don't find in other cachaças.
