Smoky Sour

• 2 ozTincup whiskey
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozcinnamon bark syrup*
• 0.25 ozlapsang souchong tea syrup**

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add the whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon bark syrup, lapsang souchang tea syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.

2. 2.

   Add ice and shake until well-chilled.

3. 3.

   Double-strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
