- ¾ ozlemon juice
- ½ oz
- 1 dashtiki bittersBittermens 'elemakule (Bittermens 'elemakule)
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice.

Strain into a coupe.

Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

High West’s oat whiskey is one of the few unaged whiskeys that I really like; it has enough of its own flavor profile to stand out in a drink, like this grapefruit- and cinnamon-flavored sour.
