Kol Zero-Lime Margarita

•  Sweet/sour/salty mixture*
• 2 ozespadín mezcal
• 0.5 ozpremium triple sec (Kol uses Muyu Chinotto)
• 0.5 ozYuzushu (yuzu sake)
• 0.75 ozverjus
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup

Preparation

1. 1.

   Wet half of the outer rim of a rocks glass and dip into the sweet/sour/salty mixture. Set aside.

2. 2.

   Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and slightly under-diluted.

3. 3.

   Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
