Kol Zero-Lime Margarita

Ingredients
- sweet/sour/salty mixturesee notes(see notes)
- 2 ozespadín mezcalsuch as Del Maguey Vida(such as Del Maguey Vida)
- ½ oztriple secMuyu Chinotto preferred(Muyu Chinotto preferred)
- ½ ozYuzushuyuzu sake(yuzu sake)
- ¾ ozverjus
- ½ oz
Preparation
- 1.
Wet half of the outer rim of a rocks glass and dip into the sweet/sour/salty mixture. Set aside.
- 2.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled and slightly under-diluted.
- 3.
Strain into a prepared glass over ice.
Notes
To make the sweet/sour/salty mixture, combine 1 tsp granulated sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp citric acid.
