Stir the bourbon and syrup over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.

Notes

Created by Brian Miller, 2008. The pecan-infused bourbon tasted great on its own, but it needed some fat. After trying pretty much every sweetener at the bar, Demerara Syrup was the final choice.
