Butterscotch Magic
Combine 8 oz. butterscotch liqueur (such as Bols) with 8 oz. demerara syrup (1:1). Keeps refrigerated for up to 2 months.
Butterscotch Chartreuse bitters
In a jar, combine 5 butterscotch candies with 125 ml. (about 4¼ oz) Angostura bitters. Store at room temperature and wait for the candies to dissolve – about 48 hours. Once the candies have dissolved, add 40 ml. (about 1⅓ oz.) of green Chartreuse and shake to combine.
