Barbacoa Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 ozmezcal
- ¾ ozagave nectar
- ½ oz
- ½ ozlemon juice
- 1 tspchipotle pepperpuréed (puréed)
- lime3 wedges (3 wedges)
- red bell pepper3 pieces (3 pieces)
- red Fresno chile1 thin slice (1 thin slice)
Garnish: beef jerky
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and gently muddle them together.
- 2.
Add ice and shake well until chilled.
- 3.
Open pour (don't strain) into a double rocks glass and top up with fresh ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a piece of high-quality beef jerky.
