Garnish: cinnamon, freshly grated
Add the mezcal, Cynar, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
