- absintheVieux Pontarlier, to rinse (Vieux Pontarlier, to rinse)
- 2 ozgeneverAnchor Genevieve (Anchor Genevieve)
- ¼ oz
- 3 dashesPeychaud’s bitterssee notes (see notes)
Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and dump.
- 2.
Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the glass over a large ice cube.
- 3.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
