- 1 ozrye whiskey
- 1 ozbrandy
- 3 dashesPeychaud's bitters
- barspoonabsinthe
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe
- 2.
Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- 3.
Stir 20 seconds and strain into the rinsed glass
- 4.
Express a lemon peel and garnish
