Ingredients
- 1½ ozLondon dry gin
- 1 ozbianco vermouthDolin(Dolin)
- ¾ ozLuxardo Bitter Bianco
- absintheto rinse(to rinse)
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess.
- 2.
Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- 3.
Strain into the prepared rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
