Ingredients
- 1.5 ozLondon dry gin
- 1 ozDolin blanc vermouth
- 0.75 ozLuxardo Bitter Bianco
- Absinthe, to rinse glass
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess.
- 2.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- 3.
Strain into the prepared rocks glass over a fresh large ice cube.
- 4.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
