The Dead Rabbit Coffee Cocktail

• 1 ozBrady's Irish Cream Liqueur
• 1 ozClontarf Irish whiskey
• 1 ozGraham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port
• 1egg
• 0.5 ozsimple syrup
• 2 dashThe Dead Rabbit Orinoco Bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add the Irish cream liqueur, Irish whiskey, vintage Port, egg, simple syrup and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. 2.

   Double-strain into a small, chilled wine goblet.

   Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
