- 1 ozIrish whiskeyClontarf or Powers(Clontarf or Powers)
- 1 ozLBV portGraham’s(Graham’s)
- 1egg
- ½ oz
- 2 dashesOrinoco BittersThe Dead Rabbit(The Dead Rabbit)
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Double-strain into a small, chilled wine goblet.
- 3.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
