Ingredients
- ¾ ozcrème de noyauxor amaretto(or amaretto)
- ¾ ozwhite crème de cacao
- 1½ ozheavy cream
Garnish: grated nutmeg
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Notes
The Pink Squirrel may have originated at Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge in Milwaukee sometime in the 1940s.
