Coffee Cocktail

• 1 ozcognac
• 1 ozruby port
• 1whole egg
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).

2. 2.

   Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

3. 3.

   Strain into a port glass.

4. 4.

   Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
