Ingredients
- 0.5 ozsimple syrup
- 2 ozBowmore 12-year-old single malt scotch
- 0.5 ozCampari
Garnish: flaming lime shell*
Preparation
- 1.
Add the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup into a Collins glass and press the leaves gently with a muddler.
- 2.
Add the scotch and fill the glass with crushed ice.
- 3.
Float Campari on top and fill with more crushed ice.
- 4.
Garnish with a flaming lime shell.
