Ingredients
- 1 ozscotchHighland single malt preferred (Highland single malt preferred)
- ¾ ozpear brandy
- ¾ ozamontillado sherry
- 1 tsp
- 15 dropsalmond extract1/8 tsp (1/8 tsp)
Garnish: pear slices
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all of the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until cold.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe and garnish.
