Apricot and Coffee Highball

Ingredients
- 1½ ozscotch
- ½ ozpeated Scotch
- ¼ ozcoffee liqueur
- ¼ ozapricot liqueur
- 3½ oztonic waterto top (to top)
Garnish: lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except tonic water to an ice-filled glass and stir to combine.
- 2.
Top with tonic water, then garnish.
