Ingredients
- 1½ ozblanco tequila
- ½ ozlime juicefreshly squeezed (freshly squeezed)
- soda waterTopo Chico (Topo Chico)
Garnish: lime wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a Collins or highball glass over ice and stir briefly and gently to combine.
- 2.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

If it ain't Topo Chico, it ain't Texas.
