Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    blanco tequila
  • ¾ oz
    lime juice
  • ½ oz
    maraschino liqueur
  • ¼ oz
    simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp
    egg white
Garnish: lime wheel, cherry

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Shake all of the ingredients without ice until frothy.

  2. 2.

    Add ice and shake again until chilled.

  3. 3.

    Double strain into a chilled glass, then garnish.
