New York Sour

Ingredients
- 2 ozrye whiskeyor bourbon (or bourbon)
- 1 ozlemon juicefreshly squeezed (freshly squeezed)
- ¾ oz
- 1egg whiteoptional (optional)
- ½ ozred wine
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except the wine to a shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 3.
Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top of the drink.
