Ingredients
- 1½ ozbourbonBuffalo Trace(Buffalo Trace)
- ¼ ozoloroso sherry
- ¼ ozGran Classico
- ¾ ozlemon juicefreshly squeezed(freshly squeezed)
- ¾ oz
- 1egg white
Garnish: black walnut bitters, lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Add all the ingredients except the egg white to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- 2.
Fine-strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.
- 3.
Add the egg white to an empty shaker and dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds, then pour over the cocktail.
- 4.
Garnish with a few drops of black walnut bitters.
- 5.
Express lemon peel oils over the top of the drink, then drop the peel in.
