
Add all the ingredients except the egg white to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Fine-strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.
Add the egg white to an empty shaker and dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds, then pour over the cocktail.
Garnish with a few drops of black walnut bitters.
