Ingredients
- 1¼ ozvodkaJ. Rieger’s Premium Wheat Vodka preferred (J. Rieger’s Premium Wheat Vodka preferred)
- ¾ ozrieslingkabinett style preferred (kabinett style preferred)
- ¾ ozlime juice
- ½ oz
- 2 ozsparkling mineral watersuch as Topo Chico or Jarritos Mineragua (such as Topo Chico or Jarritos Mineragua)
Garnish: lime wheel
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients except sparkling mineral water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 2.
Shake for 15–20 seconds or until well chilled.
- 3.
Pour sparkling mineral water in a highball glass, and strain the mixture from the shaker over it.
- 4.
Add fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
