Ingredients
- 3raspberries
- 1½ ozLondon dry ginBeefeater (Beefeater)
- 1 ozsloe ginPlymouth (Plymouth)
- 1 ozCampari
Garnish: raspberry
Preparation
- 1.
In a mixing glass, gently muddle the raspberries.
- 2.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir over ice.
- 3.
Double strain into a double rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4.
Garnish with a raspberry.
Notes
From the bartender
Raspberries and Campari have a great affinity for each other, so I combined them, along with sloe gin, in this Negroni variation.
