Ingredients

1 ozappleton estate v/x rum
1 ozla favorite rhum agricole blanc
0.75 ozstrawberry-balsamic gastrique
0.25 ozcane sugar syrup

Garnish: 0.5 strawberry

Preparation

1.
Short shake the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
2.
Garnish with the half strawberry and serve with a straw.
