Ingredients: 2 oz santa teresa 1796 rum; 1 tsp demerara syrup; 1 tsp vanilla syrup; 1 dash house peychaud's bitters; 1 dash abbott's bitters; 1 dash bitter truth jerry thomas' bitters

2 ozsanta teresa 1796 rum
1 tspdemerara syrup
1 tspvanilla syrup
1 dashhouse peychaud's bitters
1 dashabbott's bitters
1 dashbitter truth jerry thomas' bitters

Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a fizz glass.

Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg.
