Ingredients

  • 1½ oz
    Spanish-style rum
  • ½ oz
    demerara rum
  • ½ oz
    Don’s Gardenia Mix
  • ½ oz
    lime juicefreshly squeezed
  • ½ oz
    orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1 dash
    aromatic bittersAngostura
Garnish: edible orchid, pineapple leaf

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a blender with ½ cup pebble ice and blend on high for 20 seconds.

  2. 2.

    Fine-strain into a Pearl Diver glass (or Tiki mug) and top with more pebble ice.

  3. 3.

    Garnish with an edible orchid and a pineapple leaf.

  4. 4.

    Serve with a straw.
