Ingredients
- 1 ozrhum agricolesuch as Rhum JM Gold or Trois Rivières Ambré (such as Rhum JM Gold or Trois Rivières Ambré)
- 1 ozcognac
- ¼Jamaican rumsuch as Smith & Cross (such as Smith & Cross)
- ¼
- 4 dashesPeychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
- 2 dashesabsinthe
- lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse the inside of a chilled cocktail glass with the absinthe, discarding the excess.
- 2.
Add the remaining liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill
- 3.
Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4.
Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the oils, then discard.
