Ingredients
- 3 dashesaromatic bittersAngostura(Angostura)
- 2 dasheschocolate bitters
- 1 dashorange bitters
- makrut lime leaf
- lemon peel
- 2 ozMekhongor spiced rum(or spiced rum)
- ¼ oz
Garnish: orange peel, lime leaf
Preparation
- 1.
In a rocks glass, gently muddle the bitters with 2 makrut lime leaves and a swath of lemon peel.
- 2.
Add the Mekhong, simple syrup, and ice, and stir until chilled.
- 3.
Garnish with an orange peel and a lime leaf.
Notes
Mekhong is the closest thing Thailand has to a national spirit.
