Expense of Honesty

• 1 ozBrugal añejo rum
• 1 ozOld Forester Signature bourbon
• 0.5 ozArehucas Ron Miel Guanche rum
• 1 tspdemerara sugar
• 1 tsphoney
• 1 dashangostura bitters
• 1 dashPeychaud’s bitters

Preparation

1. 1.

   Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled.

   Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

3. 3.

   Garnish by expressing an orange twist over the top of the drink and then dropping it in.
