Ingredients
- absintheto rinse (to rinse)
- 1 ozcognac
- 1 ozrye whiskey
- ½ oz
- 5 dashesPeychaud’s bitters
- 1 dasharomatic bittersAngostura (Angostura)
Garnish: expressed lemon peel
Preparation
- 1.
Rinse the glass with absinthe, discarding excess, and set aside.
- 2.
Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- 3.
Strain into the prepared glass.
- 4.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and discard.
