Cinnamon Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 3cinnamon sticks(broken into pieces)
- 1 cupsugar
- 1 cupwater
Instructions
- 1.
Add the sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3.
Remove from heat and add cinnamon stick pieces. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 6 hours.
- 4.
Strain out the solids and bottle.
Notes
Keep tightly sealed and refrigerated for up to 1 month.
