Ingredients
- 1 ozapple brandyLaird’s bonded(Laird’s bonded)
- ½ ozsweet vermouthCarpano Antica Formula(Carpano Antica Formula)
- ½ oz
- 1 dashtiki bittersBittermens(Bittermens)
- sparkling wineCrémant de Jura or brut Champagne, chilled(Crémant de Jura or brut Champagne, chilled)
Garnish: brandied cherry
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
- 3.
Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a brandied cherry.
