2 dashhouse peychaud's bitters

Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the lemon twist.

Notes

Created by Brian Miller, 2008. The calvados is cut with a bit of Laird's because otherwise it would taste too sweet; Laird's is good for drying drinks out.
