  • 1 oz
    calvados
  • 1 oz
    cognac
  • ½ oz
    sweet vermouthsuch as Punt E Mes or Carpano Antica Formula

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

  2. 2.

    Strain into a cocktail glass.

To be taken before 11 a.m., or whenever steam and energy are needed.
