White Negroni

Ingredients
- 1½ ozgin
- 1 ozLillet blanc
- ½ ozSuze
Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds, or until well chilled.
- 2.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 3.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
Notes
Death & Co has a version of this drink attributed to Alex Day that uses Dolin Blanc in place of Lillet. Since both are bianco-style vermouths, either works. Lillet brings a touch more citrus, Dolin a touch more herbal sweetness. If you're going the Death & Co route, adjust both vermouth and Suze to ¾ oz.
