- ½ ozcalvadosBusnel VSOP (Busnel VSOP)
- ¼ ozélixir combier
- 1½ ozfusion verjus blanc
- ½ tsp
- 1 dash
Garnish: apple fan
Preparation
- 1.
Stir all ingredients over ice.
- 2.
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- 3.
Garnish with an apple fan.

Bartender's notes
Inspired by Botanist gin from Scotland, which is nuanced and difficult to mix with, so paired with lighter flavors including a verjus from Napa Valley that wouldn’t eclipse the gin.
