Preparation

1.
Stir all ingredients over ice.
2.
Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
3.
Garnish with an apple fan.

Notes

Bartender's notes Inspired by Botanist gin from Scotland, which is nuanced and difficult to mix with, so paired with lighter flavors including a verjus from Napa Valley that wouldn’t eclipse the gin.
