Ingredients
- 1½ ozwhite rum
- ½ ozChareau aloe liqueur
- ⅓ ozfalernum
- ½ ozpineapple syrup
- ¾ ozlime juice
- overproof dark rumto float (to float)
Garnish: pineapple fronds
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all ingredients (except dark rum) in a shaker with ice and shake well.
- 2.
Strain into a glass and top with ice.
- 3.
Float a layer of overproof dark rum and garnish.
